As a new believer and follower of Christ, Her Genesis has shown me that I am not alone in my journey. The weekly check-ins mean so much because they help keep us grounded and aligned, especially during times when life feels overwhelming. The community is genuine, uplifting, and full of encouragement. I'm so grateful to be a part of something that not only strengthens my faith but also surrounds me with women who truly care about one another.

Isolation is one of the enemy's greatest tools. Her Genesis is intentional about creating genuine connection — the kind of friendships where women hold each other accountable, pray, and grow together.

We go into schools and speak identity, purpose, and worth into young girls before the world gets to define them. We want them to know who they are before they ever lose themselves.

Mental Wellness
We are a ministry, but we also know that faith and mental health go hand in hand. We create space for women to be honest about what they're carrying — anxiety, depression, trauma — without shame or judgment.
This isn't just ministry work. This is covenant work. We believe God placed us here — in this city, in this season — to be a lifeline for women who are one moment away from their breakthrough.

Her Genesis started because women needed somewhere real to land. Not a highlight reel. Not another place to perform. A community where you could show up exactly as you are — mid-process, mid-healing, mid-figuring-it-out — and still be fully welcomed.
We're women who love God and love each other enough to be honest. We check in. We pray together. We sit with the hard stuff instead of rushing past it. Faith is the foundation, but this is also just about not doing life alone.
